I had a fantastic time at the Wilderness Retreat Birthday Surprise at Mount Engadine. The location was absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with complimentary board games for a fun rainy afternoon. The family-style dinner was a highlight, allowing us to meet fellow travelers from around the world. The roast lamb leg and fresh seasonal vegetables were absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the cozy cabin, which provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food included in the room fees was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the noisy propane fireplaces and the lack of soft seating in the glamping tents, I highly recommend this luxurious wilderness retreat. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering more variety in terms of hot dishes.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Mount Engadine. The glamping tents were cozy and warm, with a propane stove to keep us comfortable. The views were breathtaking, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was enjoyable. The highlight was the freshly made meals, with both sweet and hearty options. We loved the opportunity to meet new people and have great conversations over dinner.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Amazing mountain location, accommodating staff, delicious food, and cozy communal areas. No TVs or phones in rooms, limited cell service. Wi-Fi turns off at 10:30pm. Rustic retreat with books and board games. Activities include hiking, paddling, fishing, snowshoeing, and ice fishing.

During our stay at Mount Engadine Lodge, we were blown away by the stunning mountain views from our King Room. It felt like waking up in a postcard every morning. The food was another highlight of our visit, with delicious breakfast options like pancakes and eggs benedict, as well as a variety of hearty and tasty dinner choices. We also loved the selection of local beers and the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the "honest" bar. The staff recommended some incredible local trails for hiking, and we even got to visit the charming towns of Canmore and Banff. With so much to see and do, we can't wait to come back!

The views were absolutely stunning and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that they had a variety of tea options and a great selection of food. The location was perfect for outdoor activities, with plenty of options for hiking and snowshoeing nearby. Plus, the glamping tent we stayed in was cozy and had a comfortable bed.
The lodge itself was not dog friendly, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the shared dining experience was not for me, as I prefer a more private dining experience.

We were amazed by the breathtaking views from Mount Engadine Lodge. The cozy cabins, delicious gourmet meals, and the warm ambiance of the fireplace made our stay unforgettable. We loved exploring the nearby hiking trails and meeting other guests over afternoon tea. Despite the small rooms, the lodge offered everything we needed for a perfect mountain getaway. I highly recommend this lodge for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience in nature.
